Computer Division
The Computer Division is distinguished as one of the most actively connected units with all college departments and sections. It is entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring and providing internet services, as well as addressing all types of technical, software, and hardware issues for all computers and peripherals across the college. Furthermore, the division is backed by a highly professional and dedicated team that strives to provide comprehensive solutions to any pending issues, preventing any obstacles for staff members to ensure the continuous and seamless flow of technical and administrative operations within the college.
The duties and responsibilities of the Computer Division can be summarized as follows:
* Providing internet services across all departments and sections of the college, alongside regular monitoring and maintenance of internet lines.
* Managing the internet hall with a dedicated professional team, ensuring the provision of necessary services to support students and assist them with internet browsing and downloading academic research papers.
* Performing routine maintenance for computers and their various office peripherals, while providing immediate solutions to any sudden technical issues encountered by these devices.
* Managing the college’s official email and enhancing its role in facilitating communication with other Iraqi universities.
* Supervising the operation and maintenance of the college's surveillance system through indoor and outdoor security cameras.
* Managing and monitoring the operation of the college's computer network, including associated servers and other equipment supporting the network infrastructure.
