A speech by the Dean of the College

May the peace, blessings, and mercy of God be upon you
Since the College of Medicine was established at Al-Iraqia University in 2011, the Deanship of the College has taken it upon itself to employ the energies of the teaching and administrative staff in the service of scientific integrity and ensuring the quality of education for graduate students. Over the past few years, eight batches of qualified doctors have graduated from this young scientific edifice, who have joined to work in the hospitals of Iraqi Health Ministry, who are known for their scientific and practical competence by hospital administrations
Today, after we have laid the solid foundations for preliminary studies, it was necessary for us, the deanship of the college, to support scientific and medical research and production, so our decision is to have the first international medical conference
My colleagues, academics and doctors, we are pleased by your attendance at the first medical conference of the Iraqia College of Medicine (IMCIMC), which will be held in Baghdad for the period from April 24 to 25, 2024, in the Cordoba Hall of the Mansour Melia Hotel, so that we can learn about the latest findings of scientists in the fields of clinical medicine and hear together what the speakers will present about the latest therapeutic methods for diseases, each according to his specialty, and who will be honored guests from Britain, America, and Jordan, in addition to our colleagues from here in Iraq. We look forward to your attendance at this scientific medical forum and your active participation.
